Sorry guys! I know it's been awhile. I've got a few things to write about...so here I go.
Kayla had her tonsils and adenoids out this morning. We had to be at the hospital at 6:30am and her surgery started at 8. Dr. Giberson came out to talk to us around 8:50. Everything went well, she's in quite a bit of pain but she's sleeping right now so that's good.
On the weight-loss front...I stayed the same this week which was VERY disappointing. I walked a total of 30kms this past week so I assumed that would really help with the weight loss. I stayed on track all week too...not sure the reason but it made me want to binge badly! Jason just left to get us Wendy's :( Hopefully next week the scale will show better results.
I'm heading back to work next Wednesday. I'm excited but nervous at the same time. Well that's about it...
